If I could give 1/2 or 1/4 star I would.

Rude service, unprofessional, over busy, no quality time when portraits are taken, they rush and fly through taking pics then rush you through showing results, giving you a second to view each photo then on to the next.

My friend who went a week before me had missing photos in her package and had to go back for them waiting over 45 minutes.

When I received my package I received a blank disk and was unable to access and make and send out my Christmas cards in time.

Photo results: most of the pics taken of our toddler were done before he posed, looked at camera and smiled. We had minutes to choose a package right then and there and were rushed into making a decision on the spot. Associate made us feel very cheap because we spent $150+ on our package.

Do your research on quality price and value.

Less money than other studios, but expect to be stressed, rushed and receive horrible service.

We went for a group photo 18 of us ( two infants everyone else above the age of 9) they were rude did not do anything we asked for took maybe five mins with us and we waited an hour and 1/2 terrible place support your local photographers they are worth every penny

This place is AWEFUL!!!!! I will never go there again and do NOT recommend anyone else does. We cancelled our first appointment because their printer was down and we didn't want to go back due to the 50 min+ drive from home. Luckily they called in time that we hadn't left yet. So, I ended up rescheduling for a Saturday at 11:40. They were quite busy when we arrived, so I expected a little wait. We waited for over an hour before they took us in to get our pictures done!! I have a very patient (thank goodness) 2 1/2 year old daughter we wanted pictures of. This was after we were told "about 10 more minutes" once we were already there for 1/2 an hour. It was ridiculous and absurd!!! Not to mention the fact that I heard one of the employees tell someone on the phone that "We are all booked for 10 a.m. [on whatever day she was looking for], but I can put you in at 9:50." When I brought this up to the woman at the front desk while I was inquiring about the long wait and complaining that they must have overbooked for me to have such a wait, she said that a 9:50 appointment wouldn't delay the "booked up" 10 o'clock slot. I wonder how this could be when they say each sitting "takes about 20 minutes." This is why I had such a long, long wait!!!! They OVERBOOK!! Then to top it off, we told them specifically what we wanted for pictures and they tried to get us to do all sorts of different poses that we didn't want. By this point, we were not only hungry, but my daughter was getting tired as it was about her nap time. While we got some good shots, we certainly didn't get any "great" shots. I was totally unimpressed with the photographer. I was also disappointed in the packages they had to offer as the only reasonably priced one was the special one pose package. They try to get you to buy everything under the sun! Fortunately, we are not people who fall for that CRAP! While we were hoping on getting a family portrait and an individual of my daughter, we only wound up purchasing a family package. When I picked up the pictures and made my voice heard about the poor quality of their service, I mentioned wanting a single pose without a big package and was told that I could in fact buy just one sheet - not something I was offered by the photographer!!! I did not inquire further because at this point I was simply irate at the fact that it had now been 2 hours since my appointment time and not only did I have places to go, but I certainly was not going to give them any more of my time or $$$. I repeat, DO NOT go there!!!
