Have used this service many, many times over the years, mostly for pick up/drop off at Islip Airport, Experiences have always been positive. Prompt, clean vehicles, pleasant drivers.

Terrible experience the dispatcher is very nasty & rude and the cab driver Joe car # 1 is even more rude and ignorant I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAB SERVICE TO ANYONE !!!!!!

Worst see of drivers and dispatchers I've ever had to deal with. Don't know if arty still,owns but quality of company has gone down hill. I used arty for almost a year from,coram to St.James 5 days a week. Spent ALOT of money. Show up today to take me somewhere and guys leaves has another call after out the kindness of my heart when I used him in June and was brought to friendly and he was a dispatcher said I would love a strawberry fribble right now. So I buy one. Taxi guy picks me up and brings to dispatcher and says your such a sweaty I got you next time you call. Fast forward to,today. Just had spinal,surgery and permanently disabled and fribble boy who,let's day can cut back on them leaves. They say well,send another driver to which incompetent dispatcher calls back and says sorry we don't have anyone to take you. It's a $38 dollar cab ride and always tip,well says we have nobody to get you,have a nice day

Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled woman with a handicap disabled son in a wheel,chair and feeding tube.

I've been in NY for 7 months and

have taken my fair share of cab rides on Long Island and in Manhattan and this was the FIRST time I had an enjoyable taxi ride. I was absolutely terrified to try this taxi service. I called, the cab was there 10 minutes later, got me to my location without a crazy fare, and the guy (a heavy set guy driving a van) was an absolute pleasure. he was really nice. I called a little while later and got a ride from a really cool, young guy. the rate was flat and very fair. I will definitely continue to use this company whenever I need a ride around long island.

First off, I feel it important to mention that I am terrified of cars in general- much more so, a cab with a driver I've never met. To make matters worse, it was my first cab ride alone. But, it turned out to be a really great experience. The cab was clean and, for once, I actually felt safe in a car. All that aside, my driver, Doc (sp?), is mostly the reason I felt I needed to leave a review. He was the most friendly man I think I've ever met and I was cracking up during the whole ride. He was full of wacky stories and lots of knowledge on history, and I enjoyed every second talking to him. I wasn't remotely anxious or scared, and I felt really welcomed. I'd definitely recommend this cab service, especially if you have him as your driver.
