I went to the Rugged Boot to buy work boots and specifically asked (two times) if the boots they recommended, at $179 a pair, could be re-soled. They told me absolutely YES. Just got home from the shoemaker they said could do the re-sole. Turns out they were absolutely WRONG. The boots can't be re-soled. I'll never buy from them again.

The only place on the Island to buy a pair of Red Wings. Amazing service and expert help. I bought a pair in July and even after 7 months of use they replaced them with a brand new pair after the sole failed. No questions asked. I will never shop for boots anywhere else. Thank you!!!
