I recently moved to Bentonville Ar to spend time with my daughter, upon arrival I asked her the basic questions, where the hospital, her doctor , dentist you name it.



She said she used Dr Deal. So after living here for about 4 months I bit down on something and broke off a jaw tooth. The pain was not unbearable but I knew it was only going to get worse. So I contacted Dr Deals office and told them the whole story. I also told them I was laid off and didn't have any insurance so I would be paying the bill.



She stated that the only appointment she had was a week away and that was just for an evaluation, then they would reschedule to have the work done. I asked her what do I do if the pain gets so bad that I can't wait a week or longer, she said well we can't prescribe pain pills without seeing the doctor, I told her that is not what I wanted, and asked her if the office had any kind of arrangments set up for emergencies. She said no I was a new patient and that's the way it had to be handled. I promptly hung up and called Dr Steven Kimbrough in Bentonville and the lady was very nice and stated under the circumstances could i come in at 10:00 am the next morning.





I have worked in the Automotive service industry all my life and if a customer came in off the road or called with an emergency I found away of getting them taken care off.



I wouldn't recommend this dentist he has no compassion, and if you are currently using him you might want to reconsider, my daughter was a patient of his and that didn't seem to matter to them. Maybe it was the lack of insurance that I didn’t have. Maybe they knew they couldn't gouge a bill to and insurance company.



All I can say is this I hope I see the Dentist and his workers standing in the rain along the side of the road someday with there car on fire looking for help. Because well to me they would just be new customers, so maybe I could stop and make them an appointment to have there car evaluated and then we can schedule the repairs down the road.
