The customer service here is utterly atrocious. Oh and if you have a busy schedule and you make appointments 3 months out be aware they will cancel your appointment if you do not take the time to call precisely before noon the day before and if you confirm via text message this does not suffice and you will still be canceled. Also, if policy changes do not expect to be told. There is an extra complexity if you are being seen in both their locations one for dental and one for orthodontics because the text and the phone will say the exact same name and unless you have each offices phone number memorized forget it, its total confusion. No one cares if you have taken a child out of school and are on your way to your appointment because they canceled it the day before and you must now start over.

My son was scheduled for 3 fillings. I checked afterwards and Dr. Lazo drilled and filled 4 teeth. I rechecked his statement and there was no mention, no charge nor did they tell me, it also was not in his chart when I brought it to their attention. I spoke with the office manager and she told me that Dr. Lazo did me a favor and didn't charge for it. BEWARE!!!!

I was in for fillings the same day, 2 of the fillings fell out that evening and I have a 3rd filling that is loose. The lady doing the fillings dropped chunks of filling in my throat the whole time until I was gagging.
I had to have the fillings replaced at an Urgent Care on a Saturday. Dayton Dental refuses to pay for their mistakes and cover the cost to have the work redone.

Our visit went very well. All of the staff was nice, helpful, friendly and professional. The doctor is amazing. I will refer friends. Thank you.

WOW--From my 1st call to set up an appointment, to the friendly, Professional staff that go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable and give Top notch Dental Care. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAYTON DENTAL AND ORTHODONTICS.

Place is super unprofessional , but if you ask for dr lazlo, and your a decent looking guy . His blonde Assitant might ask you out as she did me . Then tell the hole staff about your whole relationship including showing naked pics of me to her co workers . Making it to awkward for me to continue going there After we stopped seeing each other because she bad mouthed me to everyone. Unprofessional As it gets .

I really liked the girl that worked on me today. She was very professional and really seemed to care. She also took care of my son today and it was great to see him relax and not scared to have any more work done. Thank you.

The doctor pulled my father's teeth. Did an excellent job. The hygienist was very quick and friendly. Overall, the whole experience was very good and my father is doing great.

All of the girls up front are extremely nice and helpful. The same goes for the dental assistants and Dr. Smith is just fantastic. She honestly takes the patients dental health into consideration and I respect that.

Everyone here is great! Front desk is always smiling and helpful. My girls love Maggie and India. I wouldn't take my girls anywhere else.

The staff here is excellent! I can't say enough positive things about how they have worked with my daughter! They have been caring and have gone out of their way to meet my daughter’s specific needs. Dr. Sarah is wonderful - so knowledgably and confident, but so kind as well. She truly cares about her patients. We are blessed to have her. :)

The staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to work with me. I love everyone here, I don't have one complaint. I would highly recommend Dayton Dental to anyone.
