I have been a returning client for a little over a year and have absolutely no complaints. The staff is friendly and service is fantastic. It's really no surprise that the people complaining are all groupon users. I guess it never occurs to their cheap selves that you are one amongst hundreds of coupon buyers and that a bit of patience is appreciated in exchange for such great deals.

Very untimely, over booked, and not very pleasant. Multiple people had to go to the counter to make sure they hadn't been missed, as they had been waiting SO long. I'm currently waiting for my 1pm appt and it's 1:45pm...
