Great service! Extensive knowledge of sewing machines. Repaired a machine others said they could not do. Repaired it quickly and for a great price. The pride taken in the quality of work performed is clear, and this is a refreshing change from larger companies who have an assembly-line mentality.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. He fixed the machine that another shop did some serious damage to. His prices were beyond reasonable and he did an amazing job. If you have an older machine, this is the place to take it.

First, let me just say this place is remarkable! I'll definitely go back if/when another of my machines need repair. Now my story. My serger stopped working in the middle of a birthday project for my grandchildren. I knew if I had to send it out for repair, the birthdays would be long gone. I read the first, very positive review listed and called Neil early Monday morning, set up an appointment, at my convenience, for 2pm that afternoon. His shop is small, packed with tools and equipment, well stocked, organized and clean. Within twenty minutes and a minor repair charge I was heading home with my reapired serger! It works perfecty! Neil Iund is a master at work. I am telling everyone I know about him.

Friendly & Knowledgeable

I can't say enough good things about working with these guys. It was a Saturday morning and I was in a tight bind on my broken serger. All the other places were saying that to repair my machine was going to take a week, and cost an arm and a leg. They didn't even know what they were talking about because my manual said how easy the fix was. (It was a broken upper blade.) But I called these guys and was in and out of the shop in less than five minutes with a fixed machine, repaired by a technician who had decades of expereince. He used to be the head technician at Bernina for years (or something equivalent to that) and totally knew what he was talking about. Best part of all, was that he gave me an even better blade and installed it for free! I'm so grateful to work with this company and would reccommend ANYONE to them. So much better to have your machine repaired by them then to have it shipped or transfered for a week.
