This burger king is the worst. the last 3 times I have drove thru I didn't receive all my items. I live 12 miles away and they won't answer their phone so you can't call and talk to the manager. IF there is a next time I will sit in the car and count every item taking up THEIR time making the other customers wait.

I went to the burger King is Central City this afternoon. When I went in the lady was waiting for french fries with several bags for the drive through. She had me to wait. Instead of taking my order right away she fiddled with the brown bags not putting anything in them because the french fries weren't ready. So I stood there just waiting for several minutes. Finally she came took my order then I waited for at least 15 min. or longers. Other people came in and they received their orders and finally I ask where was my order and she didn't know what I was talking about. I told here what my order was and about 5 min. later I received my order. The lady gave me my order and said here you are,not even a sorry for your waiting or nothing. So I was really unhappy with my visit to Bugar King today.The bugars were cold because they had set there the hold time and my chicken bun had not been heated and was cold and hard. We only have the Bugar King in our area. I do like Bugar King but I wish that one could do better. This is the first time I have ever complained about Bugar King, but enough is enough and there are other bugar places to go. Thank you for your Time.
