We used Russ Croley for a bankruptcy after talking with several other attorneys. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, just as importantly he and his staff treated us with respect and patience. One of the other attorneys we talked with literally treated us like scum--he was very condescending, and even rude. Russ Croley answered all our questions and concerns in a way which we understood. Phone calls were returned promptly. Kim, his paralegal, was absolutely wonderful. Taking bankruptcy was a very hard thing to do, but Russ helped us through it with compassion and professionalism. We were able to save our house, which was in foreclosure, and stop garnishments. We even got some of the money which was garnished back from the creditor through Russ and Kim's efforts. This is the place to go to if you are facing this very, very upsetting legal process. They are the best.

Russ & Kim treated us great. We had no problems with our case, and they were so nice, too. We had heard horror stories about bankruptcy attorneys yelling at clients, and generally treating them disrespectfully, but that sure didn't happen at Russ Croley's office! We'll always to there if we ever need a lawyer again.

These folks are amazing! They guide you through the bankruptcy process with a great personal touch. Both Russ and Kim were on top of everything. We were scared to death of filing, but it worked out fantastic. We saved our house, which was in foreclosure, and now we are back on track, plus our credit score actually went UP!

This attorney treats you only as well as the money in your pocket! He is real nice as he is taking your money but after that, don't expect to get a response to messages or emails. I am still waiting for a response a month later, but he doesn't care, he already has my money. I wouldn't recommend him to my mother-in-law!
