I was just driving behind cab with license plate 119- it's 1:45am on April 24th. I'm not sure if the driver was over tired or drunk/on drugs but he was driving recklessly. Going 15mph in a 35mph zone and then swerving in and out of the lane and I saw him almost hit the curb a few times. I was not pleased that I had to follow this guy all the way home.
