I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. I was trying to get rid of a car and being that this was my first time trying to do something like this, I didnt know much about this place. Out of all people we were yelled at by the MANAGER! He would only take the car (with blown head gaskets) for $100...threw the check at me and not even a thank you for your business. I am sorry I took my car there and reall reall wish I had taken it somewhere else that valued there customers and would have appreciated reycling my car.

When my salvage engine failed, I thought it was a blown head gasket.Missing timing chain guide allowed timing chain to cut a hole in the front cover.Coolant flowed into the oil.Engine overheated.Repair 300+ dollarsTwo failed replacement engines in four years.no more savage engines for me.

Purchased a replacement engine for my Nissan 4x4 pickup that was running good.My truck now sits idle with a blown head gasket.Coolant level was always ok,motor used only a little oil.This happened by surprise.Wished I had gone with a rebuilt engine...stupid me..took a chance...came up snake eyes...no more salvage engines for me

counter service could improve as the place is VERY busy and some of the other people could help out when they see it is stacked up but other than that quality parts with decent prices. I am going back for more stuff

Lets be honest, you go to this place to look for an original part for your car thats hundreds of dollars from the factory but a few dollars here that actually works. Find the car thats related to yours, and if the part is in good order to your eyes, you get to take the part off yourself, so you will have good practice installing it on your car. Customer service isnt a problem because lets face it. You walk in, say hi, fill out your name and then wander around the yard looking for the car like yours. I think its fun, even if I dont find the part i'm looking for i still had a good time. You shouldnt be upset at this company, if your looking for parts its best to actually find the part yourself, I wouldnt recommend buying a part that you didnt take off yourself, how do you know if its not already broken? Inspect parts yourself, have fun and have knowledge of how to work on your vehicle. I think this place is great, if it wasnt for this business my cars left side front and rear windows and door locks would still be non functioning due to wire harnesses, engine mounts still ruined and lower control arms bent and broken. Cant argue.

My 16 year old son went there to buy a part for his 1st car. He had to pay $50.00 in advance and here it is 3 days later, still with no part. He did some searching and found that a brand new one was only $25.00. . . . . bummer! Action Auto Recyclers charged him a $25.00 restocking fee even though we still never received the part!

I SAY THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN SOUTHERN OR.. WHICH DOSE MAKE A LITTLE PROBLEM FOR THE MEDFORD STORE, THEY OWEN A STORE IN GRANTS PASS AND MAYBE OTHERS. IF THE ITEM COMES FROM THIS YARD THEY ARE WONDERFUL , TIMELY ,CLEAN AND IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER, . BUT IF THEY HAVE TO GET IT FROM ONE OF THE OTHER YARDS [ HELL 3 OUT OF 3 LOSERS ME SO FAR}..SO IF THEY HAVE IT AT THE MEDFORD STORE YOU WILL BE HAPPY AND FILL LIKE YOU ARE CARED ABOUT. AND YOUR WALIT WILL THANK YOU TO. I sent my car in a week ago, the staff informed me they would be completed with the repairs a week later. They would call me and tell me to pick it up. I got curious when the service was scheduled to be complete and called them myself. I was displeased to discover that the mechanic working on my car left town until the following Monday. Why would they tell me it would be done on a day they the mechanic working on my car was going to be out of town? Adding an extra four days to my repairs.
