Roxanne has always been good to me and my family. I've lived at her property for over 6 years & never have had issues and if I have she's quick to fix them! I would be grateful if the next place I move to if she's my landlord. I recommend everyone to her. I'm a leasing agent so from an insiders point of view Roxanne does an EXCELLENT JOB!

WORST LANDLORD EVER. Changed the terms of our lease multiple times, tried to arbitrarily fine us. Refused to fix appliances that were broken and would ignore calls left and right. Avoid at all costs!

Do yourself a favor and never rent from this woman. Unless you want to live in a house where nothing works, nothing ever gets fixed, and the terms of your lease arbitrarily change. RUN the other way! This woman is a con artist.

Ugly terrible hateful person that raises your rent by 200 dollars every chance she gets avoid avoid. Her good reviews are fake

I have nothing but positive things to say about Roxanne and Ala Carte. She is professional and personable, always prompt to respond to questions or concerns related to her property. She is helpful but does not micromanage. I would recommend her company to anyone.

Worked with us and got us in our place within two days.

There have been a few minor plumbing issues and Roxanne hires a plumber and it's resolved the same day or the next.

Easy to talk to and she's nice and down to earth.

Roxanne has been a pleasure to work with. We have been renting through her for over two years and the experience has been so much better than previous rental companies. She is very professional, gives prompt responses, and is always very efficient at getting service people sent out. We highly recommend her as a property management company.

I rented from Ala Carte PM for over a year and it was by far the best experience I had ever had. My boyfriend and I had spent almost a year searching for a place to live before we finally found Roxanne. Everywhere else in the area was not willing to rent to a young couple with little to no rental history. Roxanne was our saving grace and was extremely professional, polite and patient with us being new renters. We never had any issues. We paid on time every month, and when our lease ran out, moving us to a month-to-month agreement was easy and quick. It was heart breaking to leave our little apartment, when we moved. If I ever went back to renting she would be the first person I would contact. Renting from her was the best experience I've ever had and she has definitely set my bar high for my next landlord.

When I first reached out to her I was in a jam and needed a place quickly, she was able to help me and get me into something that was just perfect for me and my son. She is quick to respond to any messages or concerns with the property. She's been a pleasure to rent from.

I have been renting from Ala Carte for 8 years now. Definitely the best experience I have ever had when renting from a property management company. When I needed to downscale, Roxanne got me into a different home that worked for me and my family. Whenever anything has needed repair Roxanne returned my calls immediately and had the repair guys work around my schedule to get things fixed. I feel heard and respected whenever communicating with Roxanne. So grateful to be renting from Ala Carte!

I have rented from Ala Carte Property Management for almost two years now and have never had any issues. Anytime I needed something Roxanne was on it as soon as she could be. Our AC unit wasn't working two different times and she had someone out there that day, or the next to the latest to fix it. It's also nice that she can text you whenever you need her rather than playing phone tag. My experience with Ala Carte has been great, no complaints here!

I rented from Ala Carte Property Management for 4 years before I was able to purchase my home. I would highly recommend this property management. They were quick to take care of any issues that came up. This business has integrity which is hard to find.

Ala Carte Property Management has been the most amazing rental experiences I've ever had. Roxanne is awesome. I've rented from Roxanne twice, both times the houses were nothing short of described. They were clean and ready for move in. If anything in either rental needed replaced she was on top of it the same day. I would highly recommend using Ala Carte Property Management to any of my friends and family.

I have rented through Ala Carte for well over a year. In August I moved into another larger property they offered. They are easy to work with, fair and professional. There were a few repairs needed at the new place and Roxanne had them taken care of immediately, even upgrading a few things that they didn't have to.

From the first contact regarding an open apartment, to applying and then moving in everything went smoothly working with Roxanne. When there were issues with my AC over the summer Roxanne ensured repair person contacted me same day and then came to my place the next day to fix the issue. She is easy to contact over phone or even text which is very convenient. I feel that I can talk to her about any issues that may arise in my apartment or in the surrounding units. If I don't leave to buy a home I will continue to rent from her to find a larger place in the future. I have recommended her to several people and one of my good friends now rents from her and has nothing but good things to say about their interactions as well. I definitely recommend A La Carte

Roxanne was a top notch landlord. House repairs were delt with immediately and her response time was quick. When it came time to move only due to changes in jobs and commute, she refunded my deposits in full within 1 week. I loved working with her so much and my wonderful little house I referred my good friend to her and she moved in my old house. I have no reservations referring friends, family and others to Roxanne!

Roxanne is by far the nicest and easiest manager to work with. I have rented through many companies and Ala Carte was by far the best Expierence my husband and I have ever had. Only reason we moved is we were finally able to buy a house. We wished we would of found her sooner. Thank you Roxanne!

My husband & I have been renting from Roxanne for about 5 or 6 years or so. We are happy as can be. Any issues/repairs needing to be addressed are always taken care of in a timely matter.
Even after about a year of renting from someone else (a nightmare that deserves it's own review,) we are, thankfully, back with Ala Carte.
Also, I'd like to say, I am shocked at reading the negative reviews left. Our years of experience with Roxanne have been great. I am lead to believe that the bad reviews of this business are probably coming from unfavorable/unreliable tenants. Just a thought. :)

My rating for roxannes company is negative 5 stars. She is possibly the worst property manager I've ever dealt with. She's happy to pretend to be a kind christian woman, while she takes your money with zero intention to rent to you. I'm certain she purposely takes multiple application fees from several people on the same property even though she already has a tenant picked out. She just lines her pockets and takes money from hard working people with no concern for facts, or legality, or the impact on families. Definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing.STAY AWAY.
