My air conditioner stopped working, so I called Glacier. They came out right when they said they would and fixed it fast. He figured it out right away and didn't try to sell a bunch of unnecessary stuff. He even put on little paper booties when he came into the house. Friendly and polite.

Customer knowledge sometimes works against their technicians here, especially if you can get a second opinion about their estimate. I got an estimate of over $500 for a gas valve replacement. I got a second opinion and the gas valve, thermocoupler, fan motor & run capacitor along with a complete furnace inspection for about $100 less than just the gas valve would have been. Word here is get a second opinion and save $$$.
