Legendary Arms, run by Micheal and his daughter Chistene have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent out a Damaged Firearm and tried to blame the USPS and the recieving FFL for the damage. However, the shipping box was not damaged and the FFL that received the firearm opens incoming shipment under video surveillance and called me as soon as the box was opened and the damage discovered. As I try to work out solutions to remedy the damage, Michael and Kistene both become very aggressive and blame everyone else for the issue and refuse to take any responsibility. Michael then gets so upset that he threatens me, uses vulgar language and then hangs up the phone and refuses to take my calls. Thank goodness for Sue who tried to calm them down! The only option available as a customer is to pay for return shipping at my expense. After the firearm is repackaged and then reshipped (both which cost time and money) they refuse to refund the credit card purchase and will only cut and mail a check. I have to explain that I will involve the credit card company if they don't refund the purchase the correct way. They do finally make the refund... Without the return shipping and I realize that the check the were trying to send was cut for less than the total purchase price. These folks are not customer friendly and should be avoided. A test of a companies character is shown not from the easy transactions but how they handle difficult situations. Out all the time and $65 of actual money and they knew that this purchase was for a Birthday present for my nephew! Buyers Beware!!!
