I called almost a dozen locations around the Valley to locate some "West System 105 resin & 207 hardener" to repair/refurbish my Aramid/Kevlar hull canoe. Rick went out of his way over the phone to look-up and provide the information that I needed (he can order it). And was only one of two places that even offered to help me (the other place needed to order quantities larger than I could use). ... In terms of being friendly & helpful he really stood out from the crowd. I would not hesitate to recommend this service based on my experience.

Rick has made me feel like my business is not valuable and treated myself and others as if we only annoy him. He has lost 4 customers that I know of including myself. He took a three week project and has now taken over 4 months to tune up and small outboard motor that I still do not have. Avoid this man he is a terrible person and shop to deal with no matter what the locals say. Go at your own risk to this shop. I will never return.
