I've had several policies with Mid America Insurance for over 6 years. My family and I have purchased everything from Auto, Business, Renters/Homeowners, and even Health insurance. We've used a variety of companies in the past and was ok with the coverage until I had to file a claim. It was a nightmare. Since Tim and his skilled team have handled my policies, I've been EXTREMELY happy. The right amount of coverage and they handle every single policy and claim as if I was family. I will never go anywhere else! I love the attention to detail and how they double check everything! Thank you so much! I've saved so much time and money!

These people are like FAMILY. I started with Mid-America 4 years ago. Jordan and Donna are great! They explained the coverages to me in words I understood, not in some agent gibberish. Talk about a friendly atosphere...They even have an office cat, "Ali".

I agree with Linda S. Jordan is the Best. For years she has always been there to let me know that I was getting a rate increase on my Medicare Supplement and always gave me alternatives to keep my price in line. It's sometimes hard when you're on a set income to met bills. Thank You Jordan for your constant attentiveness to me.
