I want to start off by telling the Sutherland Family thank you for taking such good care of my family in a sad time in my life. I lost my mother July 27th 2011. She died in the early hour of the morning. My sister and I had spoke on the phone and decided to have our mother sent to Styninger-Pacey Funeral Home. As i was driving the 300 miles trip back home to Centralia I called the funeral home and spoke to Hugh. I let him know my sisters were going to come up and he needed to call me and have me on the phone when all the planing was going on. No phone call and charged us over double the price for embalming and transportation. I had Sutherland's go get my mother from Styninger's. Sutherland bent over backwards to help my family.
