I only blame myself for not listening to my family and friends when they warned me about how they treat there account holders. My last visit was friday and i asked to withdraw some of my money. Instead of responding with heres your money sir, have a nice day. She immediately began yelling through the speaker explaining to me that i was not using my money according to her standards. As i sat there as she went on and on then she got someone else and told them i was trying to cancel my account which was a lie on her part after clearing up her lie and after 10 minutes of pleading with these people to give me MY money i finally got my money and immediately opened a checking account through peoples bank. I am writing this review in an attempt to warn others before they go through what ive had to go through. In over a year with us bank i can honestly say i dont recall ever being treated with anything other than rude behavior. I have several family and friends who will tell you the same.
