Customer Service

After numerous calls to different central vac business and getting no wheres with them, I was directed to Americool. I never heard of the company, but after explaining my situation Lincoln was generous enough to lead me into the right direction.This afternoon I recieved a call from Larry telling me the hose I needed for my central vac had come in and he would be delivering it to my home in half an hour.Americool has renewed my faith in customer service. They gave me prompt attention, directed me to the right product and offered to deliver the hose to me in person.I have already recommended Americool to friends and I will continue to recommend this company.Thanks;another loyal customer

Best Customer Service!

If you are looking for a new heating/cooling system or need your current system serviced, you will not be disappointed with Americool in Rochester. Their main concern is that their customers are satisfied, and their service can not be beat by any of their competition.

Americool recently installed a new American Standard heat pump and furnace for me. The service was outstanding. The price was good. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and meticulious. The quality of the installation was superb. This is my second experience with Americool and I would gladly contact them again. They exceeded my expectations on both visits. A wonderful experience.
