2 years later and their dental work still haunts me. Trying to keep public aware that this place is no good. So unprofessional it's ridiculous!

best experience ever fastest care never more than 3 minutes
in wait room. Your mouth has to change and becomes stable. So be patient it's worth it for the smile.

Best ever, I never waited more then five minutes in the wanting room. I had a car accident and shattered my face.
After two metal plates 8 screws and part of my hip. I have had more face and tooth problems than most. I can tell you Better than the "best" facial reconstructive surgeons. That made no joke $2,000 an hour in the 90's. where I had to wait at least an hour. No matter when I arrived.
Better than -ANY- (doctor,hospital or clinic. )-
DON'T MISS OUT.
P.S. They take medicaid. it's across the street from KFC.

Wanted to get some work done and was told that they took my Medicare insurance so I made an appointment. When I showed up I ask if that needed my insurance card and if there was any paper work to be done,and was told that it had been taken care of. Half way thought the appointment I was told thay do not take my insurance. I was not happy being lied to by the rude and unprofessional lady at the front counter. Never got a bill from them.4 months later I got collection bill from them. I went back to find out what was going on and was lied to by the same rude lady again! This lady told me that she in charge of billing and had sent the bills to the right address,(I checked) but were cent back as a bad address and tried to call me several times. This did not happen,and felt that I was the one at fault. All of this would of never of happened in the first place if she was doing her job. Were is here Bose and how do I make a complaint?!?!. I will be reporting them to the BBB and have them look in to this. It looks like I'm not the only one.

This place has got to be the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. I went for a simple extraction and flipper which should've been 3 appointments and ended up being 3 miserable months. The front counter person was so incredibly rude each and everytime I was there. She was very condescending and rude to me and the rest of the staff in front of me. The dentist just couldn't get the.job done and the denturist was a joke. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Will not ever go hack or refer anyone to this place. A simple 3 appt treatment turned into a 3 month nightmare.....I literally had bad dreams about this place. The staff is ridiculous and the front counter lady who self proclaims that she runs the show is a condescending and rude individual. Too much time and money wasted on this place. Lack of professionalism all around

Dr Crane was quick, in both the pain med and the actual work. I had a cavity filled and a plan set up for replacement on some old ill fitting crowns. He found the issues before I had even told him. Thorough diagnostics. Much better experience than other practices I have been to.
