The wife call John at Rich's Rooter on Monday Labor day. They clean the line from the septic tank to the house and had us up and running in a no time. I know that they wanted to time off but came to help us. Thank YOU

I call this guy on a Sunday telling him I sewage showing up in tub and I want my septic pumped... He asked me a few questions explaining that he was a repair service not a septic pumper. I did not know I had a alarm going off.. I need a float and all fixed in and out in just over a hour. Service call he stated plus parts. $165.oo Pumping would have been $350.oo at least..THank you rich...

this guy is very rude and condescending. I called him to come check why the alarm was going off on my septic system, when he got here I figured I would find out how much a pumping was, he snaps at me that he told me on the phone he doesn't pump only thing I never asked him until just then. He has a bad attitude and when he got to my house he was all like we are so busy I hope this is a quick fix, like I was inconveniencing him. This was not a emergency call as there was no back up or flooding and I never told him it was, I just asked for an available appointment. As he was working he says that it is an easy fixe, as it was just the screws that was holding the floats had rusted and the float fell into the septic tank. When he said it was an easy fix I smiled and said, oh good it won't cost me an arm and a leg, and this jerk says " I didn't say that" he charged me $124 to replace 2 screws. This guy is never getting my business again and I don't recommend him to anyone else. Also this guy lied on the receipt, he put that he removed and replaced a broken float trap instead of the 2 screws he replaced, I have the same float trap and it wasn't broken only the screws were.
