I went to this car wash because the Wave had a line to the street. Upon entering the brushes they used were filthy beyond belief and the track system would barely push my truck through the wash.... Throughout the process it seemed a little rougher than it should be, at the end of the wash the employee told me to put it in drive to complete the process because it wouldn't guide me to the finish. I left the wash and immediately had a flat tire and upon further inspection numerous scratches. I drive a 2015 stock F150.... I returned to the car wash to only have the "manager" try to handle the situation without the owners involvement and once the owners were made aware they denied the situation and didn't make any efforts to come to any agreement.



Needless to say it's sad that local business owners from the Lacey Area... The person who gave this a 5 star review above (Dan W) can't even take the time to service a customer.



I'll never be back and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows that this carwash takes no ownership in it's day to day operations. Beware!!!
