Provided by YP.comI purchase the metal for a gazebo, going with the shiny copper color. Everything matched even the screw colors. Several weeks later I called and placed an order for another batch of steel. On short notice they had it cut and I was able to pick it up for a long weekend project. They were very fast in getting the right product and dimensions I requested.

Provided by YP.comBe very careful sharing your credit information, since we used a credit card to make a purchase at the Centralia store and it was used to try to charge over $10,000. We did not use this cared anywhere else that day, and this followed a very rude exchange with the young woman in the office.
Hi Elizabeth. We have already contacted our bank and returned contact with you guys regarding the credit card issue. As we discussed over the phone, the fraud did not come through our terminal, it is not possible with our phone line set up. If you have any questions or further concerns I can get you in contact with our bank so they can also explain how this did not happen through our credit processing. It is unfortunate your card was compromised and we're sorry you're having to deal with it. Again, if you have concerns you can contact us directly.

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely worst experience I've had in the last three years of being in the manufacturing, welding, and fabrication industry. This company does not stand behind their product and are very unorganized as a whole. I have a customer of mine(who is 58 years old) who has bought a covered car port for their camper in which they live in,(from the metal mill) and was told that this was easy enough to put together by herself. Being that she bought a 10' by 30' unit, this is clearly not the case as she did not know the work it would require to get a 30' piece of metal over her roof by herself. She had a gentleman helping her to get to the point she was at and hired us to put the roofing and fascias on the building. Upon looking at the parts and pieces we noticed the fascias were rectangular and being as the trusses resemble a triangle that these pieces needed to be cut. Clearly not of her skill to be able to cut this piece of metal. As she has already spent $2500.00 on this unit and is having our company do the roofing, in order for us to complete the task at hand and have to cut the fascias to shape, we are now over budget and over the bid. If this unit would have came with instructions on how to put this together, which she was told she didn't need them and it was self explanatory, I would have known what to quote her based on the additional amount of labor needed to complete the job. After being told that there was nothing they could do by staff and upon speaking with the manager at the facility, he in turn called his boss , Ron, over in Centralia at the Tin Man, the situation at hand, that we had and he relayed to the manager that,"it is what it is." The laziest most disrespectful thing you could say to a customer providing horrible customer service. After I got in contact with Ron over at the Tin Man in Centralia, I was told that my customers money would not be refunded even if she was willing to pay a restocking fee and that it was not his problem. I mentioned the fact that I had three other customers in line that wanted to buy this structure and to pay my company to install it, he said yet again that this was not his problem. I told him the fact that if you count the funds that my customer has already paid you for the structure of $2500.00 and the customers that I would recommend to his business (3) that would bring a total of $10,000.00 of business to The Metal Mill, he became very patronizing and stated that "I would not be heartbroken." over the loss of potential customers. For this horrible customer service and lack of customer appreciation I will not be returning to the Tin Man or The Metal Mill and will be taking my business elsewhere. Bottom line, I would absolutely not recommend either of these companies to anyone what so ever.
Ashten Middleton.
