Although I like Dr Nichols, his receptionist is as rude as can be. So, this review is for his awful receptionist and not him. fyi - they are closed from 12:30 - 1:30 which isn't stated on this site - I went there with an emergency, people are there, someone is in the office. I came in through the door and she loudly says 'WE'RE CLOSED.' When I said it was an emergency she responds (loudly agaim) that it's $100 charge for a vet to stay. I ask when they open back up - she tells me 1:30. Would have been nice had she just said that in the first place. I mean as rude as could be!

great vet and warm environment .would drive a good dist if need be
