I started coming to American Laser in 2011 and wished I did not spend all of my money on Hair removal. The staff was unprofessional, rushed though your treatments and I was always waiting 45min- 1hr to be seen. Due to lack or results and horrible staff I discontinued my treatments.



In the Beginning of 2013 I had returned due to a friend who also goes to American Laser telling such good stories about how the staffing how changed and that they have a completely new laser. Hesitant, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to come in. To my surprise the staff was warm, welcoming and very upbeat! I only waiting about 5 minutes before they brought me back and the laser was AMAZING!!!!



I have had about 4 treatments so far with this new staff and laser and all I can say is that I could not be happier with the company and most of all my results. I highly recommend anyone interested in hair removal to go there
