Driving from Los Angeles searching for a safe and effective weight loss program, I stumbled upon California medical weight loss clinic. It has now been over 2 months and I have lost over 30 pounds on the HCG diet weight loss program. I am now trying the appetite suppressants as they really curb my hunger and the lipotropic Vitamin B12 shots also give me the energy.

I have to be honest and say there is no magic pill or injection, but in the end it comes down to making a lifestyle change and dedication. I feel great and all I need now is just a few more pounds to reach my target goal.

Ok...this is a completely honest review. It's probably not good for business but it could help save a life. I did a great deal of research on phentermine before trying it. I was on 37.5 along with a B-12 shot and water pills and the fat burner pills. I did lose about 15 pounds in 2 months which I could have done better on with Weight Watchers without the drugs. Anyway, I paid my $25 each week. Phentermine made me very moody, anxious, have insomnia, have a racing heart, etc. Although I was losing weight a little at a time. I did not like the person that I was. I felt like I was on drugs. I was always very depressed. The pills did not really suppress my appetite. Sometimes, I was like a ravenous pig while taking the pills.



I think the entire business is just a money making ordeal. They do not even check your blood pressure each time you weigh in. Phentermine is known to cause high blood pressure. They could at least check that.



Phentermine is great if you want to lose 5-10 pounds quickly. Every medical website says that it should not be taken for more than three months. Many more complications may set in. However, CMWL and Spa said that you could take Phentermine until you reach your goal weight. I really do not advise that. Having a racing heart daily could lead to a stroke or heart attack.



So weigh all your options. The only true way to lose the pounds is diet and exercise. There is no magic pill out there but rather money hungry companies.

At first i was a little skeptical because I have never tried any time of "medical" weight loss program. Fast forward 3 weeks later and now I am a believer. i have lost a total of 12 pounds and I have never looked better. I really feel great with the b12 injections they have given me.

I've tried lindora, weight watchers, and Jenny Craig in the past, and they have all helped me lose weight in the past, but California medical weight loss & spa fits my budget a lot better at only $25. I lost 2 pounds already, hope to see that continue.
