The service was horrible. I love pacsun's clothes, but it makes me never want to shop their again. All the female workers gave attitude, weren't welcoming, and only wanted to chat amongst themselves. They were very hostile and sassy. The girls didnt even seem to care about me while I was shopping and they don't notice that I and other people went inside the dressing room either. They don't pay attention and are not helpful. They represent the brand awfully and never has any other store treated me so rudely and indifferently. Pacsun used to be my favorite store, but after this disturbing and apathetic experience I received from the female workers, it is no longer my favorite. Pacsun inside Cerritos mall should really check the personalities and attitudes of the female workers before they hire them. I am really sorry to give this clothing store 1 star especially since I really do love the clothes they sell.
