Cibo is a great, family-run restaurant that serves Italian food in a whole new "chipotle style" way. Its fast and simple approach to serving Italian is great and original in that the customer can create their own pasta dish right then and there for reasonable prices. The customer first chooses the type of pasta. After it has cooked (minutes later), the customer chooses the sauce and anything extra ie. chicken, sausage, meatballs, eggplant, veggies or cheese. The food is amazing! Freshly prepared homemade every day, from the whole wheat or regular cavatelli, to the meatballs to the 8 different types of sauces. They also offer subs and salads and cater for all occasions. It is a great family atmosphere and offer sit-in along with take-out.
