I've never had a problem here. The staff is always courteous and professional. Their prices are extremely competitive and timeliness of the service is well within an acceptable range.

I have a hard time even giving one star for this business. I had about 12 items, 2 of them heavy wool coats, "cleaned" and they somehow came back dirtier than when they were given? My vintage wool pea coat is ruined and all the button down shirts came back with starch stains. All the clothes smelled like they were still dirty, just hung on a hanger and sprayed with starch. All the employees except for the rude, incompetent female manager are high school kids that spend most of their time outside smoking. Forget asking for the owner- you'll just be told that it's no use trying to talk to him because he doesn't speak English. What the hell kind of business are they running?! You couldn't pay me to go back to that awful place. What a terrible experience- they obviously don't know how to run a business.
