I've been going to this salon for over a year. When they first opened, everyone was friendly and the salong is beautiful. Since then, the manager/owner has been more present. Today she talked on her cell phone during my entire service. She also insisted that my nails needed to be removed. She pryed my acrylics off with a transpass and then charged me $5.00 for the nail removal. It's a shame her unprofessionalism have caused her employees a client.

Less than 1 yr old- this is a beautiful, clean salon with a relaxing atmosphere Employees are nice and courteous, decent selection of OPI & Essie polishes.
