HORRIBLE!! They have ruined the last piece of clothing for this ex-customer. I have ignored the broken buttons and stains in the past. But, this time they ripped a HOLE AN INCH AND A HALF in my shirt, and would not compensate me at all. I only asked that they refund HALF the price of a $25 dollar shirt. They refused to give me anything at all. They said it was old, I have worn it about 10 times. After they said they would do nothing, she refused to talk to me and started videoing me on her iphone. Unbelieveable that they can destroy your clothes and not care or compensate you. See picture.
