Don't go! If you do go, don't use coupons! The water ice and ice cream are great of course, but every time I go there with a coupon, the people that work there can't seem to figure out how to discount the order.

This summer I recieved a Rita's gift card for some volunteer work I did. I had a bogo coupon. My order total seemed high. I asked the girl if she used the coupon and she said yes. I said are you sure, she said yes. I was not given a receipt. When I got home, I did the math and saw that she did NOT give me the discount. I was ripped off by about $5. I emailed the owner because I wanted my gift card to be credited and all I received in the mail were a few $1 off coupons (that arrive in the mail each week anyway). I have not been to that Rita's location since.
