I have been aggravated by these unprofessional people several times. I have been made late for work by them several times. I've never encountered a cab company that needs 45 minutes to get to you. When they arrive, consider yourself lucky if the cabs don't smell like rotten fish.



This evening I called ahead 45 minutes to get my cab at 10:45. It didn't show up until 11:20, when I was already angrily walking home. The dispatcher and driver sounded loaded and drunk and were rude and belligerent. I plan to call back tomorrow to speak with anyone in charge.
