We are located off Hwy 86/64 in beautiful Chama, NM! We will be opening again SOON! Peace Of Pie is a gourmet restaurant on wheels. The company was born in Seattle, Washington and now is getting established in New Mexico. Bringing a different cooking style and cuisine to the Land Of Enchantment! Our specialty is pizza but that surely is not where our talents end. We import our flour and oil from Italy. Our dough and sauce is made from our own personal recipe. Tomatoes hand crushed. But all of our food is made fresh and nothing is pre-made. We also do foods from around the world. We make gourmet pizza and other Italian foods and baked goods! We strive to bring you the freshest, most delicious tasting food you will ever have. We bring the flavors of the world straight to your doorstep.
