I needed a Bail bondsman and was totally lost in how the Judicial worked in my time of crisis. I had been contacted by a bondsman before I knew that my family member was giving bail. Which I found out later was unethical. I contacted AA Bail Bond and spoke to Suzanne Golden , who walked me thru the whole process. Even thou I did not retain her services she followed up with me to see if I was ok. Also offered to see my family member while they were at Franklin County Prison to check on them to give me a peace of mind. She was very professional and straight forward. I would recommend her and AA Bail Bond to anyone who was in need of retaining a bail bondsman. Not only was she professional, she was sincere and caring. Her attitude was very much appreciated in my time of need , as well as she did not give me a run around , nor try to take my money. She is very ethical.

They actually cared. They were KIND, the lady explained things to me and actually helped me trough this. Everyone else was all about the $$$$. I called them and others and called them back !!!! Others were RUDE and kinda DUMB. Other bail bonds couldn't answer my questions or give me any time and treated me like I was a dumb ass.Don't waste your time just call AA BAILthey are AWESOME!!!!!
