I was extremely disappointed when flowers I ordered for my wife on Mother's Day we're not delivered on Mother's Day. I called two days prior to place the delivery order and specifically asked two times if they would be delivered on Mother's Day even though it was a Sunday. I was told both times that they would. Being in the military, I've missed spending this holiday with my wife two years in a row and it was very important to me that she at least got flowers. When I called the next day, I was given a bs excuse by the same woman who took my original order, saying she must have misunderstood the date. This is false, I was very clear on the intended delivery date. There was no offer to refund any of the cost even though they failed me in a big way. Total lack of professionalism, absolutely would not recommend.

Everyone is so easy to work and laid back but the design of the arrangments is spectacular.

Mrs. Grove is SUCH a wonderful, accommodating, sweet florist. The blooms she chose were perfectly opened, artistically arranged, and so aromatic! I loved it.
