Please, when considering a storage shed provider, choose wisely. Our first problems arose when we had a vermin and water problem in our storage shed at GV Rentals. It is an outside storage shed exposed to the elements-understood. Got mouse traps and asked for the leak to be fixed. The key was required for it to be fixed and we gave it to them because our valuables were being destroyed by the water damage. RULE 1-Never give you key out, move sheds if you are unsatisfied with the conditions. Leak was apparently fixed, storage shed key returned, everything was great. Until we went to empty our storage shed and found over $2,000 worth of our valuables missing. The kicker was our storage shed was never broken into. RULE 2-Never give your key out. If something can be learned from this it is to please store your valuables somewhere other than GV Rentals. They are not professional and certainly don't need need to be paid for stealing others property.

My concern before renting a storage was vacating it in the middle of the month. They very conveniently told me that they are absolutely flexible and won't bother for couple of days of rent and if I vacate in the middle then they will just charge for those days I rent (pro-rated). When I did vacate in the middle of the month (on 10th); they charged me full month's rent and told me that they couldn't find any notes on my paper work. I wish they can speak truth and not change colors on situational basis.

I wish I could give less than a star for the misleading information GV rental had provided me.
