vince martz was hired as a detail person at this dealership he does a poor job we left with a dirty car we ask for terry for all our detail needs that vince martz is a dog faced piece of trash and we will tell as many people as we can to not have that trash vince martz detail their cars.also it has been noted he took vent visors from a used van in the lot that a customer had purchased!

Great sales department and ownership. Willing and ready to make a deal without much dickering. However, the service department lacks competancy and takes too long to return car to waiting customer. Mechanics worked on a seat rattle a number of times, didn't fix it, and left loose and misaligned parts. Service desk claimed that seat rattle was normal in an SUV and a complaint to Hyundai customer service resulted in the same response. Doors also rattle. Won't buy another Hyundai SUV.
