Just purchased a new stereo for my 2004 Rav 4 (Don't judge me. I love her. ) and it was a fabulous experience. The owners were knowledgeable and wonderfully accommodating. We walked in off the street with no appointment at 3:30pm (they close at 5pm), and they had us installed and out of there in I believe, less than an hour. The owners Chris and Terri were very pleasant and they both had a great sense of humor. Such an enjoyable experience that we are taking my husbands van in next week for a similar installation. Highly recommended!

I can't comment on the work, but I can comment on the service in the showroom. When I arrived, I walked in the door and I was the only person in the place for about 5 minutes before someone came out of the back. I explained my situation, how I wanted prices on things. I asked a few questions about brands and what the difference between them was. I didn't get any answers. All she said was "we sell a lot of Rockfords" To make a long story short, she gave me a printout of prices of speakers, sub woofers, etc along with some things I don't know what they are. I'm not going to pay for something I don't even know what it is. She also said she needed to finish and install and rushed through the process. She excused herself and left me alone again to look around. After a few minutes I left, unlikely to return.

The man does nice work and he has integrity. He takes pride in his work as well...I am improving an already nice 98 Firebird. He put in a system that complimented the car and interior. Great sound...I recommend this business to all comers...This man knows his stuff..
