Great fast service , will continue to go back . When needed

After being fed a bogus story and quoted several hundred dollars in order to have a key made for our Jeep, I called Nancy's Lock & Key Service to inquire about having a key made. In newer model vehicles, they keys have a chip in them which needs to be programmed to the car's computer in order to work. We needed just a plain key, didn't want the remote. When I called Nancy's, the owner herself answered the phone, and was very kind. She quoted me a price and had me set up to come in the next day to do it. They required an appointment for such a thing, to ensure they had someone on staff there who'd be able to program the key. Fine by me, especially since she was so accommodating. When we arrived at Nancy's, it was pretty busy. There had been a big rainstorm the night before, and her shop had taken serious water damage, but the shop was open and running still. The staff was busy making keys and helping other customers, and there was only a short wait. I didn't mind waiting at all, given how friendly they were on the phone, and when we walked in.We got our key made, and programmed, and she tested to make sure it would open the doors and turn the car on before we paid. The price was very reasonable. I would gladly use this place of business again, and would certainly recommend it to anyone needing locksmith services, keys, etc. I feel they're trustworthy, efficient, and very knowledgeable about what they sell and what they do.
