Very unhappy. The stylist never introduced herself. I did not get the haircut I asked for at all. I asked for an 1/8 of an inch off all over. She cut off 2 inches and got rid of my layers. I even left with still damp hair. Absolutely unhappy and will not ever be returning.

manager was on a personal/casual call at front desk ignored me for several minutes. I stood there until finally she rolled her eyes and motioned an employee to take care of me. The employee asked what I want in a rude way and when I asked made up some random time for me to return. Not happy with my first experience and will not be returning
