I had a total transmission job done on my Lincoln Town car. I found the service at Reliable was excellent. They not only fixed my transmission problems but they also provided me with wonderful customer service. I would not take my car anywhere else and have referred family and friends to have their work done at this shop. The work on my car was done at a lower price than I could find anywhere. Thank you so much for a job well done!

EXCELLENT TRANSMISSION SHOP I took my daughters car there for transmission problems. John was very helpful with what options I had to fix the problem. He told me instead of total replacement to just have the transmission services and it would fix the problem. It has been over 4 months now and my daughters car is running tip-top! I recommend this transmission shop to anyone who needs work done. I am a mechanic myself but I do not repair transmissions. I was very happy to find Reliable Transmission .Thank you for a job well done!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. I HAD MY CAR TOWED THERE AND THEN READ THEIR REVIEW ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SITE AND DECIDED ON ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY TO DO THE WORK ON MY CAR. WHEN MY CAR WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP THEY LEFT THE BUILDING AND BLOCKED MY CAR IN SO IT COULD NOT BE PICKED UP. GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS SITE AND READ HOW BAD RELIABLE TRANSMISSION REALLY IS. UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY YELLED AT THE OTHER DRIVER TRYING TO RETRIEVE MY CAR.

Reliable Transmision is named incorrectly. It should be "Unreliable transmission" The owner is a fraud and doesnt keep his word. We took our truck to Reliable back in Aug 2009 and have had problems every since. I will let everyone I meet know to beware of this place. If you want your transmission fixed right, spend the money. The owner promised that the $1500 would get me a warranty and 100% satisfaction, I wish now I would have listened to my mechanic and took it to a real transmission dealer and paid the extra money to relieve myself of all this extra headache. The owner has my truck right now 7/14/2010 sitting on his lot with no service as he continues to so-called fix everyone else's transmissions. Is this the warranty you want? where you get pushed aside because he already has your money and now doesnt care that he ruined your vehicle and you cant get to work? I dont think so... Beware of this facility.. its located on Lincoln Way East, please keep driving past if you dont want to

I am not sure how you could have been in business for 30 years scamming all your customers, you are indeed a fake. you have no clue how to fix transmissions. The only reason you are in business is because people dont know you are a fake until after they spend their money. Your warranty is a JOKE because once people bring the car back for service on the jacked transmission you put in, you pretend to fix it when really you dont becuase the car comes back with the same issues. I told you that I was taking you to court so you promised to fix my truck and yet you still lied. You are not a man of your word and I plan to let everyone I know to not use your company and if they do they cant say they werent warned. You have ruined my 2004 truck, as before you touched it the only problem i had was the warn transmission and now my truck jerks, bucks, doesnt reverse sometimes, doesnt go in 2nd gear etc. You ruined my new truck. You need to stop stealing peoples hard earned money. Now you leave my c
