I have used Sunrise 2 time for Mac problems. There was a coffee spill on my husbands mac. They were able to get it up and running again. Got lucky! Then after an update, it would not work correctly, needed more memory to handle the new update.

When your not real computer savvy they are there to assist. They assisted me with my Airport time capsule, which appeared to be full. It was backing up both my desk top and my lap top. Didn't need the MacBook Pro backed up to it. Now I have plenty of space.

When I have a question that they cannot answer, they find someone on the staff to assist. I've never been left hanging.

The lady I spoke to was very unhelpful, and provided some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

Avoid even if is close to you!!!



They charge a $40 (plus tax) diagnose fee, that they don't disclose until you want your computer back.



Apple Stores do not charge this diagnose fee!



After more than 4 hours drive and $43, I have a broken computer.



Next time I will go to the Apple Store in Lancaster.
