This store and the people that work here are the least helpful and most dishonest sales people I have ever experienced. We were lied to from the salesperson about when our new iPhones would arrive and when we complained to the manager about their late arrival she did absolutely nothing and could care less. Had we ordered the phones direct from Apple they would have been here as expected. There was no incentive or discount to actually buy from this store and based on my poor experience with sales staff here I will never buy anything from their store again. We actually contacted a different Verizon store in the area who helped get us phones the day we should have had them. Which goes to show the laziness and incompetence of those at this particular store.
