217 Heating and Cooling is THE COMPANY to call to fix your A/C. I called 217 on a Sunday night at 7:30pm. Lucas, the owner, took my call, and made time to ask me some questions about my home A/C unit that could possibly enable me to fix it myself. Can you believe this good customer service? I ended the call by fixing part of the A/C myself and then he came THAT SUNDAY NIGHT to fix the other problem. My A/C was back up and running that night and my problem was solved. I highly recommend 217 Heating and Cooling.

I highly recommend 217 Heating and Cooling, Inc. From start to finish this company was very professional, responsive and hardworking in the upgrading of my home’s ancient HVAC system. 217 installed a new furnace and never before central air conditioning, and faulty ductwork was removed and repaired, all with a goal of my home being as comfortable, safe and energy efficient as I could afford.



Lucas Pryor inspected the roof, our attic and crawl spaces, evaluating all my home’s existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. He then listened, and helped facilitate my plan in making our utility room more efficient and in gaining more space, as well just replacing mechanicals. I learned a lot too.



My time frame for the job’s evaluation, setup and installation was extremely condensed but Mr. Pryor and his hard working crew, Keaton and Luke, rose to the challenge. Keaton and Luke were very diligent and respectful, and flexible to the needs of the job. Mr. Pryor also coordinated the other trades needed to complete my plan, helping to get a new hot water heater installed as well. Mr. Pryor was on the jobsite throughout the day, often doing work himself, and continued to guide and manage my project to its successful conclusion. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys!

Lucas replaced a leaking air conditioning coil for me and worked around my busy schedule to accommodate me. He provided professional service and completed the job on time. I highly recommend 217 Heating and Cooling.
