When I first wanted to go to all star nails I was a little hesitant because of a bad review that was on here but after going and getting my nails done I discovered that none of it was true. The owner was nothing but nice to me and did amazing nails. I got a full set of acrylic nails and they are amazing! She took her time with my nails and they have lasted and not chipped. I recommend all star over any other salon.

My first experience at All Stars nail was unusual. The store was busy so the owner asked me to remove my nail polish while she worked on other customers. I decided to give them another opportunity since it was close to shopping and restaurants I wanted to visit that day. The only way to describe the store and the owner is HORRIBLE. I was asked to choose the nail polish color and wait. I watched while I waited as the store (mostly new customers) became busy. When my turn came the owner quickly and without washing her hands or wearing plastic gloves began to work on my nails, as she polished my nails I told her the nail polish wasn't the same color I chose. She explained it would get darker as it dried. as time went on I told her again the nail color was not the color I chose. She then said the color sample was faded because it was near the sun. The owner told me my friend chose the color and she loved it. I told her I didn't like the color. She told me I should have told her earlier! She said I would have to come back another day. I explained I WAS NOT coming back. The owner then said she could paint over my nails with the color I chose right then. I agreed. While she was painting my nails she said I should have told her I didn't like the color. I reminded her I had told her I didn't like the color several times. She then said I should have told her to take it off. The owner then said She would give me a discount she wanted me to be happy. I was not happy. When I checked out the owner told the girl checking me out to reduce the $35.00 fee to $33.00. I HEARTILY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER NAIL SALON IN CHAMPAIGN. While sitting in the store I watched all three employees, use the same equipment for each of their customers, never washing the equipment or their hands.
