They ripped me off!

When I called for an initial appointment the receptionist was rude. I let it go and thought maybe she's having a bad day. She quoted the price of my visit with my insurance plan. I had my visit, the optomotrist was rude as well as the rest of the staff. Then they quoted a price for my contacts and when my contacts came in, the price was almost double and it was for half the quantity. I will never go there again and recommend anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off not to step foot in this place. I told the optometrist that the contacts are incorrect and I can't see with these. He told me it was the correct rx and I would get used to them. A month later I called to tell them I still can't see with this prescription. They didn't listen. I made an apt with another doctor in town and just as I suspected, the prescription in the contacts were so incorrect my new doctor didn't believe this even happened. I can see perfect now. My new doctor is Quivey on Neil. SHe's great!
