Established in 1986, Champaign County Crimestoppers is a nonprofit, crime prevention program. Additionally, it has assisted local law enforcement agencies in solving more than 1,100 cases. Champaign County Crimestoppers works with the Champaign Police Department. The program also offers monetary rewards to people who help in the arrest of criminals.
