Terrible service, we called in a half hour ahead and 30 minutes later nothing. i called and they said the guy just dropped off someone else. it took another 30 minutes before i finally called again to hear that they were pulling up. half an hour late and we missed the train to chicago that was very important. i told her how frustrated i was that they were late and the woman on the phone said "great have a nice day" and hung up before i could ask for a manager or something. bad experience bet your money somewhere else.
