I called Gameday with a question not pertaining to Illini gear, and the representative was so helpful that i was swayed to invest thousands. She was incredible and i hope to hire her for my company someday. All in all, customer service is unmatched. Lauren is example of how all employees everywhere should treat customers. Wow.
